We provide care for complex cases in group home settings. This is the least restrictive environment at the lowest cost compare to other institutions. Clients enjoy comfortable private or semi private rooms with all amenities.
In-Home Care
We provide 24 hours in home support. All our care givers are licensed, certified and oriented to the unique needs of each clients. Individualized care and treatment plans are developed with the input of the client and their families.

FAQ’s
Who provides care?
A Resident with complex medical needs is cared for by a Registered Nurse assisted by a Certified Nursing Assistant. In all cases, there is a staff on duty 24/7. All medical care must be ordered by the resident’s own physician.
How many residents are there?
When at full capacity, we care for up to 4 adults with individualized care that surpasses institutional care.
How much does it cost?
The cost of private rooms are $900/month. The cost of care depends on difficulty of care, which can determined after initial comprehensive intake assessment.
What is included in the fees?
Room, board, activities of daily living, and skilled nursing care are all included. Medical equipment & supplies, transportation to medical appointments and doctor’s fees are not included. However, we can help arrange appointments and transportation to and from the doctor’s office.
Are there dietary accommodations?
We don’t provide cooked meals. All clients have tube feedings.
How qualified are your care providers?
Care is provided by Registered Nurses (RN), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Personal Care Assistants (PCA). Also, we provide periodic in-service training to our employees in order to keep them up-to-date with any changes in policies or procedures.
How are emergencies handled?
Our staff are trained to handle emergency situations. If a resident’s condition worsens for any reason, then the resident’s physician is contacted, and the Responsible Party is notified. In a life-threatening emergencies, we call 911 first and then inform the Responsible Parties.
